    Terms and conditions you will be accepting by renting this vehicle: NON NEGOTIABLE TERMS PROOF OF FULL INSURANCE FOR ALL DRIVERS $250 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION - FULL PAYMENT AT PICK UP + $1000 SECURITY DEPOSIT - CASH PREFERRED WE ACCEPT ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT ***CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS / PAYPAL / VENMO / ZELLE *** 1. Absolutely NO SMOKING of ANY KIND allowed in the vehicle. A $250 cleaning/decontamination fee will be charged, plus $25 admin fee. 2. Absolutely NO off-roading is permitted. 3. NO pets allowed, a $100 cleaning fee, plus $25 admin fee will be applied. 4. Surfboards, kayaks, puddle boards and bikes are NOT allowed for transportation in the van. A $250 fee will be charged, plus $25 admin fee. 5. This vehicle must be returned with a full tank of PREMIUM gas(copy of receipt must be texted or emailed directly to me)a gas up charge may be applied. If vehicle is returned without a full tank of gas you will receive a charge from in the amount of $250 convenience fee, plus the full cost of gas and $25 admin fee. ⛽️ Save time and make drop-off my car not a full tank, but at any fuel level $150 (cash) in advance when you pick up the van. 6. You are responsible for any Airport/Hotel parking fees when the car is delivered to you and when the car is picked up. Also for ALL parking, valet, toll, parking violations, or infraction fees and charges, plus $25 admin fee. 7. If additional time is needed to return this vehicle, please advise in advance and all request and changes MUST be modified on admin. 8. Vehicle return locations MUST be approved by myself OR pick up fees will be applied depending on locations, plus $25 Admin Fee.

    Delivery fee Easy pick up / drop off in Waikiki $50 delivery fee Airport pick up / drop off - $150 delivery fee Ko Olina or any other side of Oahu - $ 230 delivery fee Cleaning fee If you would like to return the car hassle free, without worrying about cleaning up after your trip, there is an extra fee $200 (cash) you should give at pick up the car. ** for sand and mud clean up the van must be vacuumed, washed with soap both outside and inside, and disinfected.   • Responsibility and Insurance
    INSURANCE TIP It is always a GREAT IDEA to call your Geico / Progressive / etc , let them know that you are travelling during these dates in Hawaii and would like to max up all your coverages for that period as well as lower deductible to zero. Do mention you will be driving a private 11 - 15 passenger van / minivan - have them confirm that it is not excluded in any way. It is a 5minutes phone call , costs you a total of maybe $10 and gives both you and me a complete piece of mind at the lowest price possible. I always do it when I travel - never pay rental car companies their insane auto insurance rates.
